A new sports club that is determined to prepare its members to defend themselves has been established in Randfontein.
The first Krav Maga lessons were held during the weekend at the Love a Pet venue in Kocksoord. Krav Maga is an Israeli self-defence system developed by the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF), and consists of a combination of techniques.
