The West Rand Touch Rugby League is set to start on 5 February and will continue for the following 10 weeks.
The West Rand Touch Rugby League is played every Wednesday evening from 7.30pm in Krugersdorp at the Sterkfontein Heritage Lodge.
Those interested in cardiovascular, non-contact and injury-free fun and exercise are encouraged to enter their touch rugby teams for this year’s summer touch rugby season.
Individual players, friends, school teams, corporate companies and women’s teams in the West Rand area are encouraged to enter as soon as possible in order to avoid the disappointment of not getting a spot.
According to the organiser of this prestigious league, Kobus Kruger, there is a cash bar, live entertainment and karaoke every Wednesday night after the game so players can bring their family and friends for a night out.
