The Herald hereby apologises to Mr Thsidiso Tlharipe and Mr Phillip Montshiwa of the Rand West City Local Municipality for unintentionally ascribing the incorrect job titles to them over a period of time.
Mr Tlharipe is in fact the spokesperson of the Office of The Executive Mayor, Ms Brenda Mahuma. Mr Phillip Montshiwa, who is the Manager of Communications within the municipality is the spokesperson of the municipality in general.
This means that Mr Tlharipe is the spokesperson of the municipality?s political leg, while Mr Montshiwa is the spokesperson of the administrative leg of the municipality.
