On behalf of the Randfontein Publicity Association Directors and Randfontein Show Committee, I would like to thank each and every person who participated in the 2020 Randfontein Show for their contribution to making this year’s Show a great success.
The weather was kind to us again this year and we have received very positive feedback from all areas regarding the changes, the new bar area, the food, and the large variety of entertainment.
Randfontein Show entered its 34th year in 2020 and remains the West Rand’s favourite Food and Music Festival. People from all over Gauteng – as well as neighbouring provinces – attended the Show. Even a couple of people from the USA attended.
The 2020 theme – Clocks/ Time – worked well and the ‘Time’ phrases all over the grounds gave many people something to think about.
Several NGOs that received free stalls reported that the Show had served as a perfect marketing opportunity to raise awareness about their organisations. They were extremely grateful for the opportunity.
Congratulations to Riénne Pietersen from Le Bella Chic who won the Best Show Personality award. Hamaza Oriental Carpets won the Chairman’s Choice and The Cradle Super Seal (TCS) won the Best Overall Exhibitor award.
