No respect for the disabled

What do I have to do to get better service for my father who is in a wheelchair?

I recently took my father to a clinic in Westonaria to see the doctor and collect his medication.

There are two parking bays for the disabled in the yard, yet I had to drop him off inside and then park outside.

Their notice board reads that the elderly, disabled and ill clients must be seen first, but they don’t do it that way. My father waited an hour and a half before he got his file; he was supposed to wait only 20 minutes.

I have been coming to this clinic for five years. What do I have to do to get better service for my father who is in a wheelchair? He’s also a diabetic and has high blood pressure. He lost his left leg due to diabetes.

I want to know why we are told to drop off disabled people at the disabled parking bays on the clinic premises and park outside?
