Reminder: Taxpayers, council to meet again

Please bring along every taxpayer you know of and let your voices be heard during the meeting.

The concerned residents of Rand West City had a meeting with the council on 21 June 2018. It has now been two months down the line and the time to give feedback regarding the complaints has arrived.

We appreciate the council being present at the first meeting and we are grateful that the Mayor and his council will sit with us around the table on 16 August 2018 to provide the residents with feedback.

The meeting is to be held at the Greenhills Sports Hall from 6pm. Please bring along every taxpayer you know of and let your voices be heard during the meeting.

The feedback we need is about problems with a faulty switchboard; resolving queries regarding water, electricity, roads, sewage, parks and graveyards; municipal vehicles and the condition of such vehicles; municipal grounds and property; untidy municipal offices and property; and council employees (not) answering telephones.

We as taxpayers and residents of Randfontein and Westonaria challenge the council to attend the public meeting.
