Words of gratitude for Herald

I am greatly humbled by the response I got regarding the project.

I would love to extend my gratitude to the Herald for always being there to welcome us with our stories and offering solutions where necessary.

I had an interview with Maritza on 12 October and shared my dream of establishing a library in the Zenzele informal settlement. Shortly after, the story was online.

I got very positive response from the members of the community. Gordon, the CEO of the Connie Mulder Home for handicapped adults contacted me with a donation of books! I also received a call from a woman who donated a box of books. Unfortunately she left a voice message from a private number so I could not trace her.

I am greatly humbled by the response I got regarding the project. I feel so hopeful and positive about the support I received through the newspaper.

I wish the newspaper more success!

Thank you … thank you!

Warm wishes
