The service delivery is not as residents wish. Even the councillor is not informing his community, e.g. holding meetings.

There was a huge strike on 16 March 2017, which caused no harm to the police who came restore order. But they used tear gas all day. Even at 9.59pm the tear gas was affecting the residents, even those who were not at the scene of the strike. What about people who suffer from sickness and children? I agree that the police can be there but they can not harm residents with tear gas from morning till night.
