• Rand West City Local Municipality who has given their full cooperation in getting the stadium ready for the big event
• The South African Police Service (SAPS), West Rand District Municipality (WRDM), Emergency Services (EMS), Randfontein Public Safety (Traffic) and members of the WRDM Disaster Management team in advance for the role they play in maintaining law and order and for their interest in this event. They have advised there will be zero-tolerance regarding alcohol consumed by under 18’s. Anyone found to be under the influence and behaving badly will be removed from grounds immediately
• Netcare 911 – Pinehaven and Krugersdorp Hospitals – will provide first aid. There will be an ambulance on standby for emergencies
There is plenty of safe parking and parking areas are manned by local sports clubs. Prices range from R20 (outside the grounds) to R25 (on the grounds). There is also parking for the disabled – enter through Gate 1 on Homestead Avenue. Toilets for the disabled are available next to the Show Hall and behind the A field, close to the Pigeon Club.
All entrance gates will have card machines and there will be several ATMs on the grounds. Show programmes are available at the gates or from the Show office. The full programme can be viewed on www.randfonteininfo.co.za.
