Suggestion for dangerous R28/ N12 intersection

Good morning.

It is with concern that we have witnessed two horrific accidents in two days at the R28/ N12 intersection.

I have a suggestion that I have discussed with a few colleagues. I have this theory, that when one drives a long distance without stopping, the brain gets lulled in to a sort of a conscious coma, as would be the case when one drives from the Fochville 4-way stop to this intersection.

I reckon the installation of speed limiters (rattlers) on the road leading up to this point could reduce the number/ severity of these nasty incidents. Please forward this suggestion to the traffic authorities and the Westonaria municipalities.
