I don’t know about other residents but I’m really fed up with the rubbish that’s lying outside our houses all the time.
The cause of this is that these municipal people hardly collect rubbish on time and that’s a problem. As a result, we have stray dogs tearing on these refuse bags and creating one hell of a mess and that’s unacceptable.
When the municipal rubbish collectors eventually come they leave this mess behind and its now getting to a point where my patience is wearing thin. It really is exhausting having to call the municipality to lodge the same complaint over and over again.
I trust that this will serve as an eye-opener that we as residents have had enough with their incompetence.
