Your work is seen
He is doing everything by himself, from packing each patient's medication to handing it out among them.

Poor Johannes is helping all the patients, and believe me, there are a lot.
He is doing everything by himself, from packing each patient’s medication to handing it out among them.
I personally think that not everyone can take up such a responsibility.
He is always helping without complaining and to top it all off, he always does this with a smile.
So Johannes, I just want to let you know that we are seeing what you are doing and I do appreciate all the great things you do for us.
