Municipality has thieves and thugs in suits
I personally feel that everyone that breaks the law must be brought to book.

I recently read on Looklocal about the Mayor’s spokesperson Lucky Chiya being implicated in an identity fraud scandal and I can’t say that I am surprised.
In actual fact, I hereby write to you to express how disgusted I am that a person of such caliber would involve himself in such a scandal and still be in office.
He literally had two Identity Documents and secured God knows what loans to what amounts and other credit with his other I.D.
This is corruption to say the least and I am glad that they caught him out.
It is a clear indication that some of the people that are in council are thieves and thugs in suits but never get caught.
Mind you, we are talking about the Mayor’s right hand man here and possibly an advisor as well.
Now, the question remains if anything will be done about this.
