Bekkersdal finally calm

People need to know that although the government promised these things back in 1994, the finances do not allow for everyone to be absorbed in all of these.

For a change, the community of Bekkersdal seems to be quiet and that is exactly what we want to see.

We are tired of having to see people throw their toys around demanding every single thing from water, electricity and sanitation without wanting to lift a finger towards working for these necessities.

People need to know that although the government promised these things back in 1994, the finances do not allow for everyone to be absorbed in all of these.

For instance, we have foreigners coming into our country and our population is constantly growing.

They are marrying our brothers and sisters and turn around to demand free housing and everything in between as well.

Automatically they are now South Africans and we cannot deny them these things.

As a result, we end up having more people to cater to with limited resources.

This goes to show that we cannot completely address the outcries of our original citizens for as long as there is no proper border control stopping foreigners from entering our country.

The government is constantly in the hot seat working towards doing damage control on everything with a ticking clock.

People however are continuously becoming frustrated and end up burning any and everything they come across and that is just uncalled for.
