Westonaria Library supports puplic speaking rectification

Although the Westonaria Library was part of this event the event was not hosted by Westonaria Library, but once again, as for the past seven years, by Suzelle du Plooy, a language teacher for Grade 10 and Grade 12 at Hoërskool Jan Viljoen.

In an article in the Randfontein / Westonaria Herald published on 27 September 2013 on page seven, it was stated that the Westonaria Library hosted a public speaking competition at Hoërskool Jan Viljoen. This was not the case.

Although the Westonaria Library was part of this event the event was not hosted by Westonaria Library, but once again, as for the past seven years, by Suzelle du Plooy, a language teacher for Grade 10 and Grade 12 at Hoërskool Jan Viljoen.

I was only invited as adjudicator and handed over book packages sponsored by Westonaria Library to the winners.
