Westgold choir bags fourth place in major competition
Their junior choir placed fourth out of more than 12 choirs who were competing in the category of 'Western Piece'.
Westgold Primary School’s junior choir recently participated in the district’s South African Schools Choral Eisteddfod competition on Thursday, May 18 at the Krugersdorp Centenary Hall.

School spokesperson Mariska du Plessis said the soloists were Khumoenthle Letlhage and Pholoso Ratapala with Olga Magudulela and Lerato Moriri as the choir conductors.
Their junior choir placed fourth out of more than 12 choirs who were competing in the category of ‘Western Piece’.
The school is very proud of their junior choir for this achievement.
