FJL Wells Primary School on Friday, May 12 took the time to appreciate their mothers for Mother’s Day by putting together a nice drawing.

The Herald spent some time with the little ones from Grade 1 to get a sense of what they think of their mothers.

According to Liviwe Mgoduka, her mother is kind and thoughtful.
“I love my mother because she is kind and caring. She just loves to help. I also love her because she’s really nice,” said Mgoduka.
Her fellow schoolmate Remoratile Modisane shared the same sentiments.
“I love my mommy so much. She likes to help us around the house and cooks delicious food. I really enjoy her food because it’s really tasty.”
Meanwhile, Shalom Shihlangu bragged about her mother being beautiful.
“My mommy is so beautiful and even takes me to McDonald’s. I love her because she loves me so much and she cooks nice food,” said Shihlangu.
These are but some of the learners who put together beautiful drawings for their mothers, to celebrate them.
