A Grade 3-learner from Westgold Primary School is making his school and community proud with his acting skills.
School spokesperson Mariska du Plessis said Liano Pretorius participated in the Allegretto Eisteddfod on Saturday, April 15 where he received two incredible awards.

He received an A+ (85% Gold) for prepared reading as well as an A+++ (95% Prestige) for Dramatised Poetry.
She added that Liano was also invited to the Inter-Provincial Eisteddfod (for Gauteng) Gala event that was held in Benoni on Sunday, April 23. There he received the Provincial Performance Award for his Prestige A+++ in the Dramatised Poetry Category.
