Gauteng West D2 athletics for two Westgold learners

Westgold Primary School is extremely proud of two of its learners who were chosen to be part of the Gauteng West D2 athletics team.

School spokesperson Mariska du Plessis said Mpho Mwrebi (Grade 6) and Samkelisiwe Hadebe (Grade 5) will participate in the Provincial Athletics Championship on Friday, March 10, and Saturday, March 11.

“Sam will be participating in the 70m hurdles and Mpho is participating in the long jump. We are very proud of you!”
