Time2RiseRandfontein (T2RR) and Randfontein on Your Knees (ROYK) recently held a joint prayer rally to save and bless the town.
Chairperson of T2RR Enrico van Aswegen stated they are sure good intervention is the answer to restore Randfontein. Therefore, on this day, the community was joined in praise and worship at Hoërskool Riebeeckrand High School.
“Our town and people are under intense social, economic and spiritual pressure. We believe that the seven pillars of our community need divine intervention to make a real difference in people’s hearts, thoughts and actions,” Enrico expressed.
He further mentioned the seven pillars are the municipality (local and district), police, jurisdiction system, internal affairs, Hoërskool Riebeeckrand High School, Hoërskool Jan Viloen High School and Randfontein High School.
He stated the gathering was a huge success because the community joined hands across various boundaries of language, colour, social, economic, denomination and organisations; all in unity under the authority of Jesus Christ.
