Car and bike show sees many fancy wheels on display

Petrolheads gather in Helikon Park to showcase their cars among other car enthusiasts.

On August 24, many car and bike enthusiasts gathered at Quarter Mile Car Wash for a Car and Bike Showdown.

In partnership with Rebels International and Meca Car Audio, the occasion was set to be a success.

“With all the positive feedback given, we will continue to do some car shows at this premises as it creates such an awesome atmosphere,” said Kevin Stone, owner of Rebels International.

He explained the event aimed to create awareness.

The winners of the day were judged according to the international rules of Meca America, which is based on a score sheet. After the results were calculated the winners were announced as Riaan Holtzhouzen with his Volkswagen Beetle, Danel Enslin with her Audi TT, Tanya van Niekerk with her Audi A3, Dirk Seyffert with his Nissan and Wynand Bezuidenhout with his Citroën.
