Cast Aways Animal Shelter is in desperate need of help
The local animal sanctuary needs the community's support to care for their animals and is unable to take in new residents.
Cast Aways Animal Sanctuary urgently needs the community’s help to keep doing the work they do in the community.
“We are urgently appealing to the community for donations of pet food or funds, no matter how small. Every bit helps and makes a difference. Your generosity can save lives,” said Louisa Rossouw, founder of Cast Aways.
She explained their supplies of both dog and cat food, including soft cat food had run out and said they were facing a dire situation. Aside from food, they are unable to take in more animals as the ones in their care are their priority and they have to ensure there are supplies for them before adding to the number.
