RandWest SPCA needs new tyres for their bakkie
The SPCA asks the community's help to replace the tyres on one of their bakkies.
The RandWest SPCA needs the community’s help to stay on the road and continue patrolling and rescuing animals in need.
SPCA manager René van Straten explained they only have two bakkies and one of them needs new tyres due to wear and tear. It also has a few punchers that have been repaired.
She noted they need size 15C 109/107 S 6 tyres, the brand does not matter.
Currently, they are unable to travel long distances with the bakkie, which puts more strain on the other bakkie.
Community members are welcome to also contribute financially and can contact the SPCA office for the details on 011 412 3114.
“We would like to say thank you to the people who have made donations so we were able to replace two of the tyres,” said René.
