#CaxtonCares: Help spread the warmth this winter
Do you have a blanket or two lying around? Why not donate it? #CaxtonCares invites the community to help keep the most vulnerable warm this winter!
As the temperatures drop, a need to support those who are most vulnerable becomes more evident. Many are struggling to stay warm during the colder months, therefore Caxton Joburg West decided to spread the warmth this winter.
Caxton Cares is an initiative where Caxton Local Media employees find ways to give back to their community and show they care.
“We are launching a blanket donation drive and need your support. You can contribute by donating new or gently used blankets of all sizes. Every blanket counts and will go directly to someone in need. A blanket is more than just a piece of fabric, for many individuals in need, it is a lifeline that offers protection against the harsh weather conditions of winter,” Michelle van Wyk, the Digital Content Creator of Caxton Joburg West said.
You can drop your donation off at the following locations:
• Caxton Joburg West’s office situated at the corner of General Pienaar Avenue and Ham Street, Witpoortjie between 8:00 and 16:00
• Caxton Joburg West Randfontein satellite office situated at 38 Homestead Avenue, Homelake between 8:00 and 16:00
