Will your X make a difference? Voters have their say

Residents share their thoughts about voting and whether their X will make a difference.

The Randfontein Herald asked residents if they think their vote will make a difference in the national elections on May 29.

Jonas Aneche said, “I think it makes a difference when I make my mark for the election.”

Sidou Bouchersine added, “I hope it makes a difference.”

Johan de Lange stated, “Absolutely, it will make a difference. When you look at what is happening in the country. I know racism has always played a role. There has to be justice in a country and at this point there is none.”

Laurence Nkose said, “I’m not sure it will make a difference but I hope so.”

Thomas Basimane noted, “No, I don’t believe it makes a difference. I don’t see any action. I didn’t get work or anything I need.”
