The Rand West City Libraries are having a Library Fine Free Period in celebration of World Book Day.
Since the beginning of the month, Rand West City Libraries have implemented the fine-free period which will conclude on April 30.
This is according to librarian Thandeka Legae, who explained that library users can return all library materials during this period without having to pay the fines.
She added that accumulated fines on books will be removed.
