Inspirational talk to help curb drug abuse

The first of the Africa Back to God drug abuse seminars was a huge success and if you missed it, there are two more to come.

If you missed the first of the Africa Back to God substance abuse seminar, there are still two to come.

The event is a free event where pastors, current drug users, rehabilitated drug users and families of abusers raise awareness about substance abuse and the problems surrounding this very far-reaching issue.

Pastor Sweis Harmse blows the horn.

The first of the three seminars was held in October in Townlands, Randfontein where almost 100 participants gathered to join in praise and worship and listen to testimonies.

The event was held in collaboration with the Department of Social Development, the police, various rehabilitation centres and recoverees.
