“The whole purpose behind this initiative was to show homeless people some love and appreciation in a world that is sometimes full of harshness and rejection towards them. Not only are they homeless, but some are also without shoes and have to walk barefoot every day, be it hot or cold. I also want to remind them what it feels like to be taken care of. I also give them a pep talk, with hopes that they will be encouraged to return home,” said Hamnca

He added that all of that he does is out of the goodness of his heart and wants to give homeless people hope that they change their lives around.

Hamnca often does the initiative on Sundays after church and added he sometimes gifts them with shoes from time to time, depending on whether or not the shoes fit.
