Local clothing store robbed
Anyone who may have information that may lead to the arrest of the perpetrators is urged to contact the Randfontein police.
Three perpetrators are on the loose after robbing a clothing store at a local mall in Randfontein.
This was on November 27 shortly before 11am. Speaking to the Randfontein Herald in an interview, Randfontein Police Station Commander Brigadier Jacob Manamela confirmed the incident and said that no injuries were sustained.
“Three perpetrators entered the store in question and pointed a handgun at the tellers. They took an undisclosed amount of cash from the teller and proceeded to also take cellphones from the shop.
“No shooting occurred and no persons were injured during this time,” said Manamela who added that they are seeking the community’s assistance in arresting the perps.
