Wings elderly spoilt for Easter

The elderly were spoiled by numerous community members during the Easter weekend.

Wings of Inspiration’s elderly residents were treated by various individuals who made their Easter weekend a memorable one.

On Good Friday the residents were spoiled with an Easter egg hunt, delicious food, gospel songs and a visit by the Easter bunny.

Housefather at the centre, Andrè Smith said Little Mr Randfontein Stefan Pretorius was among those who paid a visit to the elderly to wish them a happy Easter.

Taylor Da Costa also came to spoil the elderly, and the sixteen-year-old model put a lot of effort into the Easter celebrations at Wings as she loves being involved at the various charity drives at Wings of Inspiration,” said Andrè.

The affection and generosity didn’t end there, as Barend Kotze (Mr Randfontein 2021), Margareth Jonker (Mrs Randfontein first princess 2021) and Marinda Troskie (Mrs Curve Randfontein 2021) came to hand out gifts to the residents.

Andrè explained that they were incredibly grateful towards or everyone who came to show their support and for making the elderly feel special and appreciated during the Easter weekend.
