Carroll Shaw manager passes at age 60

Joseph Oupa Bila, a well-known community leader and manager of the Carroll Shaw Memorial Centre passed away at the age of 60 last Thursday April 7.

According to his family, Bila died after a short illness.

His memorial service will be held at the St John the Divine Orphanage in Mohlakeng on Tuesday April 12.

He will be laid to rest in the Heroes Acre at the Greenhills Cemetery on Wednesday April 13.
