The West Rand District Health Department extended an invitation to the community to get free Covid-19 tests done at their sites this week.
The department’s communications officer, Nomagugu Hloma said in addition to the coronavirus tests, HIV, TB and blood pressure tests will also be done for free this week from Tuesday, November 16 to Saturday, November 20.
The sites are operational from 09:00 until 15:00.
Testing will be done at the following sites:
• Westonaria Taxi Rank (Ward 26)
• Simunye Ext 4 (next to Kamogelo) (Ward 28)
• Simunye Ext 5 Car wash (Ward 27)
• Simunye Ext 1 Taxi Rank (Ward 27)
• Simunye Ext 2 (next to graveyard) (Ward 28)
• Simunye Ext 2 (next to clinic) (Ward 28)
• Spook Town Taxi Rank (Ward 31)
• Dan Tlhome (Ward 2)
• Mohlakeng Hostel (Ward 13)
• Bundu Inn (Ward 13)
• Randfontein broer & sister Church (Ward 13)
• Wilmar Randfontein (Ward 7)
• Foursquare Taxi Rank (Ward 21)
• Dwarskloof (Ward 3)
