Petrolheads come together in Hillside

Another car show, this time held in Hillside, saw petrolheads come together and share their love of the sport.

Petrolheads came together for another car show, this time in Hillside this past weekend.

The event took place at the Highway Bike and Car Wash on Saturday, October 9.

Besides participants showing off their pride and joy, there were also yummy boerie rolls, hot dogs and burgers for sale during the day.

Organiser of the event and founder of Pure Venom Group, Kevin Stone explained that the purpose of the event was to bring all bass and petrolheads together to show off their love of the sport.

The Pure Venom Record Event consisted of a sound-off, show and shine, low limbo, night glow, park-off and live entertainment by DJ Ruane.

“It was entertaining and started picking up later in the afternoon. We really enjoyed it like we always do when we visit Highway Bike and Car Wash.”

Kevin said that was the 22nd event he had hosted in three years.
