Community bands together for SPCA
They would like to thank everyone who came out to show their support towards their cause.
The community came out in full support for the RandWest SPCA’s fundraiser.
The RandWest SPCA Tutu Spring Day was held at Tony’s Meat Market on Saturday, September 4 where they sold a variety of items such as mouth-watering boerewors rolls and malva pudding.
Some of the volunteers extended the fundraiser to the traffic light at the entrance of Tambotie Mall to collect donations from motorists.
Candice Cloete, a member of the SPCA Committee explained the fundraiser was held to raise much-needed funds for both the Randfontein and Westonaria SPCA branches.
They would like to thank Tony’s Meat Market sincerely for allowing them to use their facilities.
“A big thank you to each member of the public for supporting us on the day as we raised much-needed funds. A very big thank you to the Randfontein community for supporting us. We are planning to have many more events in the future,” said Candice.
