FJL Wells end Women’s Month clad in black

'We are saying no and enough is enough' – staff of FJL Wells Mine Primary School to those who are still abusing and killing women.

Staff of FJL Wells Mine Primary School concluded Women’s Month by wearing black to honour gender-based violence victims on Tuesday, August 31.

Spokesperson of the school Pamela Maladze said it is a symbol of mourning the lives lost through women abuse and gruesome femicide acts seen recently.

“While we marked Women’s Month of yet another year, we are also calling out against those who are still abusing and killing women of this nation. We are saying no and enough is enough,” Maladze concluded.
