Two men injured in a Blybank vehicle rollover

A vehicle rollover on Bank Road in Carletonville on Sunday, August 22 left two men injured.

Russel Meiring, ER24 spokesperson said ER24 paramedics witnessed the incident.

He explained that they saw the light motor vehicle swerving and rolling off the road, finally coming to a stop upright on the side of the road.

When paramedics checked on the occupants they found one man lying in front of the vehicle, while another man was lying approximately 50 metres away.

“Assessments showed that the men had sustained serious injuries. Both were treated and thereafter transported to Carletonville Provincial Hospital for further care,” said Meiring.

Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
