Another 101 arrests by police in West Rand District

West Rand Police arrested multiple crime suspects and seized various illegal goods during another successful Operation Okae Molao.

Another large-scale Okae Molao Operation in Kagiso on June 17 was a success for police in the West Rand District when multiple weapons, illegal narcotics and other illicit goods were seized.

West Rand District Police Commissioner, Major General Fred Kekana said, “We are here to restore law and order while we stamp the authority of the state. Let us refrain from all corrupt activities and conduct ourselves with dignity as guided by the Constitution. They enforced the level 3 lockdown regulations in terms of the Disaster Management Act 57 of 2002, and did suspect tracing.
