Randfontein police station temporarily closed due to Covid-19

'The building will be undergoing decontamination and the community will be informed when the station will be operational again' – Randfontein Police.

The Randfontein police station has been closed temporarily after a Covid-19 incident.

Sergeant Carmen Hendricks, the Randfontein Police spokesperson confirmed all communities serviced by the Randfontein Police station are advised that the police station has been temporarily closed.

The building will be undergoing decontamination and the community will be informed when the station will be operational again. SAPS management apologises for any inconvenience that may arise from this.”

She said the Community Service Centre will be operating from the detective board room and the big gate at the detectives can be used. The community is advised to call 10111 for all complaints and emergencies that needs to be attended by Randfontein police.
