Hefer proudly said the event also saw a good turnout as locals came out in numbers to support ailing businesses.

Our main aim was to help these business owners who struggled to make profits during hard lockdown; it was meant to help them make some money before the festive season,” Hefer said.

Leon went on to say that although they meant to entertain the crowd, they were interrupted by bad weather conditions.

“Despite that we had over 200 vehicles at the two days of the event.”

“We will see if we can do it again next year, but for now we’d like to thank everyone who has come out to support us,” Leon said.
