Taxi rolls leaving 15 injured in Brandvlei

Fifteen people sustained minor injuries following a single taxi rollover on the N14 in Brandvlei on Saturday night, 29 August.

Ineke van Huyssteen, ER24 spokesperson said when they arrived on scene at approximately 9pm they found most of the patients already outside the taxi. 

“Upon further assessment, paramedics found that the patients all sustained minor injuries. ER24, as well as various other medical services at the scene, treated the injured before transporting them to hospital for further medical care. 

“The exact circumstances surrounding the incident were not known to our paramedics.”
