‘Missing’ Simunye woman found safe and sound

Precious Refilwe Mlambo who was reported missing last week, has been found in Tshepisong near Kagiso on Thursday, 12 March.

According to Sergeant Linkie Lefakane, Bekkersdal Police spokesperson, the 23-year-old Mlambo had been missing since 8 September 2019, and was last seen by her mother who had been under the impression that she was merely going out that evening.

The acting Bekkersdal Police station commander, Lieutenant Colonel Andile Moshani condemn these kinds of incidents and said it was irresponsible and malicious of parents and guardians to allow their children to wander about without being able to account for their whereabouts.

“It remains the responsibility of each parent to communicate and know their children’s whereabouts at all time,” Moshani added.
