#proudchallenge: Local Locksmith and garden services team up
Nick's Lock and Key as well as Abel's Garden Service the latest businesses to officially accept #theproudchallenge.
Two local businesses, Nick’s Lock and Key, and Abel’s garden service teamed up to tidy up the Randfontein Post Office. They worked from 24 to 26 February.
According to Nick, they decided to give back to the post office by helping them cut their grass and just tidy up the premises.
“They do a lot for us as well, so I, Abel and the team just wanted to give back where we could.”
Abel and Nick both agreed that the premises was in such a state that people actually thought the post office was no longer in business.
“It is a really old and beautiful building. We me must keep it like that,” Nick said.
Nick and Abel agreed that they would come and tidy up the post office premises at least once a week as their project to give back and their commitment to the #proudchallenge.
