Mapogo A Mathamaga Security in Randfontein released a crime report for the period Monday, 3 February to Monday, 10 February.
According to Herman Coetzee, Operations Manager at Mapogo, the crime report for their client base revealed there were only four serious incidents over the past seven days, which is down from the seven incidents the previous week.

“There was an attempted gate-motor theft in Finsbury, common theft of sheep on a farm near Wheatlands as well as two accounts of housebreaking and theft in both the Randgate and Helikonpark areas.
“The results are positive because it shows that crime is going down.”
