CastAways Animal Sanctuary will be celebrating its first birthday on Saturday, 2 November, and they want the whole of Randfontein to be there.
The birthday bash will be held at their premises, at 26 Johanna Street in Wilbotsdal. Celebrations will start at 8.30am and continue until 4pm.
According to Louisa Rossouw, owner and founder of the sanctuary, everyone can expect lots to do and will there be fun for everyone.
“Expect live music and a beer-garden for those who want to sit and relax while the children are busy having fun. Phoenix Acro Dance School will also be performing and there will be a model competition as well as numerous food and beverage stalls to make sure you have energy.
“Other fun activities to look forward to include water slides and jumping castles and for the brave ones, there is going to be a mechanical bull.”
Louisa added that all the proceeds raised on the day will go towards the CastAways Animal Sanctuary to help them pay for food, sterilisations and vaccinations.
