On Sunday, 15 September 2019, Westonaria High School hosted the East Rand Youth Orchestra. It was a spectacular event at which the Westonaria High School choir and the church choir from Oberholzer also performed.
The event enabled the senior citizens of Milestone Old Age Home, members of the community and learners, to experience a live symphony orchestra.
