Randfontein Christian Academy (RCA) learners put their business skills to the test during an Entrepreneurial Day held at the school on Saturday, 7 September.
“We had learners as young as Grade RR participate. There was a vast quantity of sweets, popcorn, toys, fruits and more sold,” said Vanessa Dreyer, the RCA spokesperson.

She added that one learner even managed to make a profit of R700.

“We always host this event on a Saturday so that parents who work during the week can also participate in this lovely day. It is great to have our learners use their God-given skills to run a business for a day,” she said.
