Violence against women has to stop – WAWA

This scourge can no longer continue and has to stop now – Women Against Women and Child Abuse.

Members of WAWA mobilised the community to take a stand against women abuse.

Women Against Women and Child Abuse (WAWA) in Toekomsrus took a firm stand against the recent spate of violence against women by wearing black on Friday, 6 September.

Enrique Bhana of WAWA said, “The move was done in solidarity with other organisations to mobilise the community to come together, to jointly say enough is enough.
