Man wanted for questioning in murder

A man is wanted for questioning in connection with a murder in Homelake last weekend.

The Randfontein Police are looking for a 21-year-old man whom they said is a person of interest in connection with a murder in Homelake last week.

On 27 May, the Herald reported that the Randfontein Police were investigating a case of murder after a student was stabbed in Salie Street, Homelake on Sunday, 26 May.

Sergeant Carmen Hendricks, Randfontein Police’s spokesperson, said that they are urgently looking for the man pictured in connection with the above-mentioned murder.

“Anyone with information or who knows the whereabouts of this man can contact Randfontein detective Constable Mokaba on 011 278 8100 or Crime Stop on 08600 10111. To report crime anonymously, SMS Crime Line on 32211,” she said.
