Health Day success at Village Square
Free check-ups and medical screenings were given to shoppers and staff at the Village Square Shopping Centre's special Health Day
The Village Square Shopping Centre in Randfontein CBD hosted a special Health Day for shoppers and staff on Friday, 12 April.
Free health check-ups for blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes, plus vision screenings and Body Mass Index checks, were done by qualified local health-care personnel.
According to Sasha-Lee Hackenburg, Marketing Coordinator at Village Square, there was a lot of positive feedback from the shoppers.
The South African National Blood Service (Sanbs) was also there for those who wanted to donate blood.
