Westonaria Police held a divine intervention Easter commemoration on Thursday, 4 April.
“The theme was the exposition of the seven sayings of Jesus on the cross. Colonel Selvan Moonsamy, Westonaria Police station commander and police members together with Employee Health and Wellness members, the Youth Desk, Community Policing Forum, and the community held a special Easter service. The programme was directed by Chaplain Malefetse,” Sergeant Audrey Sefara, Westonaria Police spokesperson said.

The opening prayer was done by Elder Piet and seven local pastors brought messages and prayed for the community.
“The service went well and the members who participated in the programme were highly motivated and encouraged to ask for support when in need,” she concluded.
